    Just giving you lads a heads up did an interview with James today for thursdays show.

    He came across really well and talked a little about his history with groves. Talked about fans ect...

    I asked him a little about his last fight and what hes doing toe address his style ect....

    Hes a good kid I'm looking forward to seeing him back in the ring this summer

    I would smack James Degale out.

    He is good at playing tick that's about it.

    If you ever got in a fight with DeGale or anyone for that matter you better hope you're as a good a sprinter as you think you are.

    i think degale should refrain from doin any interviews until he has had another half a dozen fights everytime he opens his mouth more and more people dislike him

    I was aware of that. tbh i think it was a good interivew listen and jusge for yourself i think the media puts alot of spin on what he says imo.

    he seemed really grounded
