I'm one who readily admits to other fans when I see one of my favorite fighters, in this case, Pacquiao, has a weakness or had a tough time in a certain match. Since you said you saw the whole Pac-Larios fight, I would not say that he was put in "***** street" by Larios that fight, early in round 3, I believe. It was not as bad as you were describing it. I admit it was a good left handed shot and Pac got rocked and he got dizzy for a couple of seconds and layed on the ropes for moment and covered up, but he never went down, he never did the chicken dance, he never held on or clinched or took a knee. Hardly "on ***** street". I'm just telling it as I see it. I even posted that particular vid some time ago, when someone here said that Larios never got to hurt Manny one time the whole match.
Sure. He's come a long way since that fight, though. It looks bad now when people look back on that fight, but at the time, it was a 50/50 fight, with Hussein's odd of winning slightly ahead, in my eyes, at the time. It was a step up in competition from Pac's skill level at the time, and not a stay busy against a bum.
I respect your opinion. If Manny wasnt on ***** street then he was on the side street parallel to ***** blvd.
Hard to call! PAC or SUPERSTAR JC CHAVEZ? One thing for sure it would have been a HELL of a fight and WAR! I can see it going either way prime for prime but I'll lean towards PAC by Decision.
chavez all day. i dont think manny has the power to hurt a prime jc. people forget that chavez disposed of some of the most fearsome punchers in the game and never even slowed down from their punches. pac could not stop a 130 pounder even when he conected his bread and butter punches perfectly. pacs foot movement would not be as effective against a true master at shortening the ring.
Pacquiao hasn't even fought any HOF fighters still in their prime. The closest he's gotten was JMM who was well over 30. JCC would ****ing KILL Pacquiao in a brutal beatdown. This fight isn't even close.
it wont be as easy as you guys make out. chavez has problems with speed, and pac has an abundance of it.
