Hatton..After he takes out Pacman, JMM he will be a legend.. If he rematches and beats Mayweather, he is top 10 ATG..

Are you denying that if he did do those things he would be a legend?

It all comes down to what your definition of "legend" is.

If in "legend", we mean iconic figures who will stand the test of time like Sugar Ray Leonard, Marvin Hagler and Mike Tyson, etc., Pacman would stand the best chance. He's already got a huge fight lined up and if he beats Hatton, he will get another mega fight. If he wins that one, he will have a real shot at being a "legend".

PBF still has a chance to be a "legend" if he comes back and beats Pacman and other top WWs.

Guys like Abraham, Pavlik, etc aren't even in this discussion.

I only gave scenarios of what fighters had to do to become legends, I didn't say they would all become legends. I'm not direting that to you Klion, just broadening my point of this topic. Pac would have to beat Floyd to become a legend, not Hatton. Pac beating Hatton will not make him a legend or a household name. Floyd beating Pac won't make him a legend either. Floyd would gain respect with the fans, that's it. Floyd at this point is adding to his legacy of becoming a legend with legendary skills.

When Valero knocks out PAcman, he would be a legend overnight. An undefeated knockout artist who knocked out Pacman...

That sounds like a legend to me.

Tarver wasn't undefeated though... Valero has that perfect record with a perfect KO record thing going on.. IF he were to maintain that resume up to the pacman fight and beats him by another KO... Dude imagine what he'll be then.. let's say 29 wins 29KOs with pacman being one of his victim..

Isn't that enough to put him in a legendary status?

Floyd and Pac aren't there yet. They are 3/4 high on Mount Legend, and they still have a :lol:1/4 to go.
