Plaster Paris wouldnt harden during the fight, the moisture of the glove wouldnt allow it to do that, However it takes about 20-30 mins for Plaster Paris to set, which is plenty of time to set while in the dressing room warming up with out the gloves on, this allows enough air to the plaster so that it drys.
They don't have to punish him again. From my understanding, the CSAC's ruling called for Margarito's license to be suspended indefinitely. However, in a years time he can reapply. I'm sure Margarito continuing to fight against the commission's wishes wouldn't sit well with them, and I don't think they'll be likely to reinstate his license considering the severity of what he was initially suspended for, and the fact that he's seemingly ignoring their ruling.

Yea from Margos POV it makes sense. But from JUDAH's POV? He knows the system will be bias against him and he has to prolly get a KO to win, hell they might even let Margo use his favorite handwraps down there... just doesn't make much sense. Far as i know it was a 1 year suspesion, with another review when he decides to reapply. Hope fully they deny him and spare us from having to watch this talentless bum make a mockery of the sport again. or better yet, they put him in the ring with Judah and let him pick him apart. Margarito is finished.
