    Here's Hyde's quote they didn't carry

Hyde said: “There are issues to be sorted out with me first (before he can fight out of Florida). He has signed a five-year contract with options with me and that has to be honoured.

"I would not have a problem with Guillermo being promoted in the US as long as I’m the manager and I pick who the promoters are.”

It's some coup if it all goes well

Hyde's been claiming this all along, which is why Rignodeaux hasn't fought yet. Best I can tell, Rignodeaux has two contracts, one with Arena Box and one with Hyde. What's unclear is which one he signed first, and whether either of the contracts was signed under duress. My understanding was that the first time he tried defecting, he and Lara signed with Arena; then when he was back in Cuba, he signed with Hyde to get out of the country, but when he got out of the country he met up with Arena and reiterated that he would fight with them.

Hyde is going to have an uphill battle to win this one. If I'm right, Rigondeaux not only signed with Arena first (thus making the Hyde contract invalid), but he probably also signed with Hyde under duress, which would make the contract null and void. Best case scenario, Hyde can get some kind of co-promotion rights or a big cash settlement out of it, but in the meantime it's stalling out Rignodeaux's pro career, which is already starting very, very late.

This is some thread, 150,000 view's and 7000 odd reply's, Do you think there should be an Irish Forum on this site. The Aussies have there own and you would think Irish boxing is just as big right now.

    What do you think?

Absolutely, why don't we all email ESB requesting they give us our own Forum?
