Let's just simplify things. From 1985 to 1990, if your name isn't Roberto Duran or Hank Armstrong, you're getting KTFO v. JC Superstar. End of discussion.

    Pernell Whitaker.

We already know your gay tendencies towards Chavez. We also know that you'd place him in your top 5 P4P of all-time, which shows how much you over-rate the guy.

You also have the most gay avatar on the forum bar none.

He took on Pea past his prime and past his best weight, which is why my cutoff date is 1990 for illiterates like TommyV. Others may disagree but I don't think Pernell wins at 135.

Sweet Pea was arguably at his best at 135.

Arguably one of the most overrated fighters in history IMO. Overrated meaning people have in the top 5-20...nonsense.

Im not sure Pea wouldn't of still beaten Chavez, but Chavez was deffo past his best imo. Id probably put my money on Whitaker in their primes though.

Chavez was a beast though. Reason Chavez used to tear people up on the inside is, because Chavez had a better chin than them, and he would beat them down stairs.

Meaning you've probably never seen a single JCC fight.

Most respected boxing writers and analysts have Julio Cesar Chavez as a top 20 ATG. So you are speaking nonsense.:hi:

Trinidad and Chavez are the most disrespected Superstars of their respective era's.
