I dont get the f**kin bi-polar bunce abuse on here it swings form love to hate on what seems like a daily basis ????

I like the Bunce but then I like Teddy Atlas too so what the **** do I know....

Anyhow for me its John Rawling he's just so ****in repetitive

i dont like the Colonel he annoys me same with Keller man

i like the HBO team for the big fights

Larry merchant (excellant commentater IMO one of the best)
Jim Lampley (again an iconic figure)
George Foreman (crazy guiy but knows his stuff)
sometimes its RJJ instead of George and hes prettyu good aswell

the british guys are as good for me though

darke and watt are excellant together same with mckenzie and Rawling

however im not to keen on woodhall but i like spencer oliver and bob mee

 

I can't stand Jim Watt. He just moans like a ***** all the way through.
Kellerman is an annoying boring twat and Ian 'cliche king' Darke knows very little about boxing, he should stick to football.

 

Bunce is a good guy.... he has worked on his presentation and has te fans interest at heart. I used to find him irritating but he's proven time and time again to be a spokesman for Joe Public. For me he is one of the most important people in the sport right now.

larry merchant is so slow & irritating,hes a bias twat and seems intent to **** of certain fighters with his post fight interviews.post fight interviews that take ****ing ages.
jim lampley i can imagine as a puppet for some reason,when he bobbles his head around,he reminds my of "the head" from art attack with neil buchanan.
lennox is too much of a drone.
i like roy jones jr's commentry from boxing after dark.
i like al bernstein though on shotime.
the only brit commentator i cant stand is johhny nelson

Completely agree - Also Adam Smith never seems to be able to notice when the momemtum of a fight is swinging...usually too busy praising the more 'hyped' fighter.

 

Yeh he is abit slow but he speaks sense while commentating the fight, his post fight interviews are so slow but he does ask the right questions and is alot better than Kellerman.

yeh he is a good commentater, speaks for the fighters gives a mental insight and is a good tactician, i like B-Hop betetr as i think he breaks down a fighter better and gives a better anaylisis of a fight[/QUOTE]

brilliant commentater been around forever i ahve a heap of old fights with him commentating, he reminds me of a bear for some reason, Al Bearnstein.

I use to find Buncey hard to watch but he really is doing the best he can for boxing fans here.

If you e-mail him a suggestion he often has it on the next show unless my last few questions were just a coincidence. :huh

 

Whilst not strictly a commentator or pundit I have to say that when I see Jim Rosenthals ugly mug hove into view I seriously want to put my foot through the TV...the man drives me insane.

I can't stand 'Colonel' Bob Sheridan who talks all over fights.

The women who was doing the Chavez fight last week and the bloke who says 'wow!' are awful too.

Buncey is a pundit who gives some tabloid colour and opinion and I'd rather have that than 'match of the day' type pundits sitting around being superior and smug.

 

women commentators? Oh dear. I'm all for equality but no way does a woman know more about boxing then me.
