The revenues changed when haye didnt secure the venue and Sentanta dollars were less then stated. Instead of both guys promoting... Wlad is doing it at a great cost... Haye is spending NOTHING.

Wlad keeps his TV contract, Haye keeps his and since wlad is fronting the cash for the venue, promotion, advertising etc.. he keeps venue revenues... what is so hard to get?

options clause, I dont know because they changed

Yeah right. To who? The couple hundred posters who discuss this **** on the internet all of the time? Casual fans, and most people around the world don't even have a clue who the hell David Haye is. That's reality.

  5. Plus also your acting like Wlad is losing money by securing this fight. he fights bums in Germany for tens of millions a time

It is obviously the biggest fight out there for him bar none.

Alot of you guys were slating Haye non stop for 2 months but now the truth has come out about this deal you guys are still trying to twist it :rofl

That was during the 1st 2 contracts before all hell broke lose and the revenues changed. Haye could have secured the venue to have it in London as well as a huge % of total (wlad and Hayes $ in 1 pot) revenues... he blew it

I never said he was losing money... but if Haye is not willing to take the financial risk, why should haye reap the benefits?
Plus what happens if 1 guys gets hurt and it put off for awhile... you think Wlad gets all his cash back...HELL NO

Nobody outside of the Glass Jaw capital of the World England knows who David Haye is.

  10. And to be honest nither is Wlad.... in terms of how famous he should be as HW champ.

Every boxing publication has been harping on about this fight for a year.... and nothing else is worth mentioning in the division.

Let's see what David Haye said MONTHS ago about this "horrible" options clause, and the money situation....

British heavyweight boxer David Haye could fight both Klitschko brothers as part of a sensational two-for-one contract being thrashed out by lawyers. Speaking to Setanta Sports News Haye admitted that the two-for-one contract was “being talked about”. He said:

“To be number one in the world, to be the undisputed champion, I feel I’ve got to beat both of them anyway. That’s not a problem. I want to fight both of them. It’s down to the lawyers now.”

London born Haye, 28, is due to fight Wladimir Klitschko at Stamford Bridge in June 2009. And Haye is confident that the fight will go ahead. He added:

“The purse split and the terms have been agreed. It’s set to be the biggest fight in the world.

“I’ve got what it takes to knock him out. I’ve got his kryptonite.”

Okay Einstein, how's this for common sense. You claim that Haye will earn more money for this fight than ever before?

Right, as stated before, Haye has a four fight television contract with Setanta Sports, for which he has already been paid. Now, David Haye's last fight against Monte Barret was part of this television contract, meaning that the minimum he would have earned for that fight was his television money. Even if Haye did not earn another penny out of the Barret fight, which is a ****ing ridiculous idea, then this Klitscko fight would still only earn him the EXACT same money as his last fight, i.e NOT A CAREER HIGH PAY DAY!

Are you actually saying that your common sense (despite all the evidence laid before you in this thread) has actually led you to the conclusion that this will be Hayes highest pay day?

Maybe you could explain your thought process behind this. It love to hear it

  14. Look i'm not to bothered about who earns what...... Wlad is obviously the bigger name and more succseful guy at this point in time, I am not saying any diffrent.

But you guys were obviously WRONG about Haye.... yet you still do not give him props for taking one the worst deals I have ever seen in my boxing fans career
