He's beaten Niida, who is better than anyone Solis has beaten. He's undefeated as well, and that for me means he is higher. Better opposition+Recent Form=P4P
i always never put premium on the records of south american boxers like munoz, palacios, frietas, perez, parra and valero
B-Hop does have a case if you count the Calzaghe fight as a win, that would mean he has beaten the former no.2 AND the linear MW champ....however, I go by official results, otherwise I'd have JMM at no.1 (as I had him winning the 2nd Pac fight 115-112) However, I go by the official results, so I got- 1) Pac 2) JMM 3) B-Hop
Treat the Calzaghe fight as a win? WTF? Of course you can't do that just because the first 2-3 rounds were even and BH got a KD. He lost every other round and .. well, no point in discussing that. However, he did put up a fight and Calzaghe is a special fighter so it is no shame losing there. I have Hopkins and Pacman about even.
And I'm a Calzaghe fan, went to the Kessler fight. I personally had that fight 114-113 for Calzaghe, but I can see why people would go for B-Hop :good
i gotta watch the B-Hop vs. Calzaghe fight again (im at work so i cant right now :blood) but last time i saw it, its true, B-Hop was landing the better shots, wish he would've KO Calzaghe to put an end to any doubts lol...what was the score for that fight anyways? i forgot...too lazy to search
I am Bhop's biggest fan, but the only reason people think he is top 5 P4P is because after every fight he looses he makes people believe it was close when it wasn't. When he wins he convinces people it was the best and most stylish win ever when it was average. What Bhop does is picks on the smaller guys and wins De La Hoya, Pavlik, Trinidad ETC. When he fights the bigger guys he looses Taylor, Jones, Calzaghe........ although he says he won the fights he lost so many times people belive him.
