alright so Bradley is basically the worst unified champ in history. who do you think can beat him at 140 to become a champ more worthy of the unified titles?

    Pac
    Hatton
Holt (if he actually throws a couple pnches per round)
    Torres
    Campbell
    Malignaggi
    Ortiz
    Marquez
    Guzman
    Juan Diaz
    Valero

    outside chance:

    Urango
    Kotelnik
    a motivated Witter
    Randal Bailey

I should've read your post before voting. This thread is a joke.

    Holt tried. He failed.

Ortiz & Malignaggi? Don't make me laugh.

The only guys on that list I would favour over Bradley are Hatton, Pac & Marquez.

    Agree.

What do you think the chances of Bradley-Campbell ending in a DQ are? About 50% or so?

    Pac, Hatton, and JMM

Even JMM might have trouble coping with the size difference and he is getting old despite his recent string of impressive performances.

Holt would just get beaten even worse if he threw more punches.

The thread is clearly a hater thread.
Anyway only Pac,Hatton and Marquez, and I don't think any of them will fight him.
Ortiz might have a chance due t ostyles.

not a hater thread. i just don't think bradley is very good. pity pat punches, flurries that couldn't hurt my grama with bad Defense. I just don't think a fighter of his caliber should have 2 belts in a division with so much talent. I can't support a champ who seems content in winnning based on volume and conditioning alone, If he tried dishing out damage I'd be a bigger fan. Do you guys really want a unified champ who gets hurt by his opponent worse than he dishes out even in victory?

so you think holt virtually stopped throwing punches of his own accord? Bradley hurt him to the body, i watched the fight live and holt's legs were taken away on more than one occasion. Out of the list i'd only pick hatton, pac and marquez to beat him.

That's irrelevant anyway as Hatton is the champ of the division altough Bradley has a case for no 1 contender.
And he proved he is good.
And he is the only american elite fighter who ain't a hypejob cuz he came out of nowhere on the behalf of Castillo not making weight.
But I guess you'd want a glass jawed champ who headbutts people to death.

Give the guy his dues for **** sake. He didn't have to unify, but he wanted to, and against a very dangerous fighter in Kendall Holt.

He takes on the 2nd best light welterweight in the world at the time in Junior Witter, a guy nobody wanted to fight, over here aswell and beats him. He then takes a voluntary defence, against a decentish fighter in Edner Cherry, before unifying the division.

Give the guy his props. He turns up in fantastic shape, he works extremely hard, he doesn't have any real stand out abilities but honestly I can't see any real standout weaknesses, he's worked hard to eliminate them and get to where he is now.

Volume and conditioning alone? That's enough! Not everyone is a KO artist so it's not a matter of "trying" to dish out punishment.

Besides, if you think he's all feather-fisted flurries, you're listening to the commentators too closely. He can do damage. He's no Paulie.

If you think he's feather-fisted, look at the punch he landed on Junior Witter. And Witter has a very solid chin.

No ****. All the peopel calling Bradley "feather fisted" are ignorant, they really are. Bradley has some sneaky pop; he's just not a KO artist.
