He was knocked head first into a ringpost, that's pretty humiliating. And nobody is upset. I was simply pointing out the flaw in your statement.

These two are probably two of the most underhyped fighters out there.

No my point is that a P4P fighter should be able to jump up one weight class and compete with at least some of the top dogs in that division. If Hatton moves to 147 I don't see him beating anyone in the top 5, period. That's my point.

hatton is best at LW on that issue there is no argument, though id give him a decent shot at many top WW's but thats not the issue, the issue is your saying hes overhyped im not!

to say they would all beat him, shows your lack of objectivity and bias against hatton which once again makes me question wether it is worth debating this with you.

I can probably agree with your statement. So is Juan Manuel Lopez. Not to say that these guys are **** but they are just a little over hyped right now. They are good guys with promising futures though.

No I think he is overhyped BECAUSE I don't think he is a top P4P fighter, yet he is the most marketable fighter on the planet currently. That there is the definition of "over-hyped". I don't think he is a top P4P fighter, because I dont think he could beat ANYONE in the top 5 at WW. Floyd can go up in weight class and compete, Pac can, JMM can, Hopkins has...Jones did, Delahoya and Mosley were both able to move up and be competitive. If Hatton tries to move up even 7lbs...he would get smashed.

the flaw in my statement is?

    please clarify.

your now as all hatton detractors never fail to do bring up the extremely original mayweather scenario, negating the fact hatton has bounced back(scuse the pun) took the defeat with great humility and wants another crack at mayweather,1 loss on a great fighters record against one of the greatest fighters ever and thats all you got to suggest hatton is overrated?

    i say again chad who?

El Inca. There's good reason to be excited about him, but man, he has yet to step up from all the crappy competition. Some queers in here cream all over the boards and the guy gets too much credit from knocking out no-hopers and journeymen...

You insinuate that Dawson is overrated because of a close win over Johnson. However, what about Hatton's even closer win against a worse fighter in the form of Collazo? What about him getting dominated by Mayweather? And Hatton has done nothing but ***** and whine about that Mayweather fight. He lost every round, and was knocked out. Despite this he continues to complain about the ref. The ref can't cause you to get knocked out.

Pathetic to say Hatton then you say two guys that hve done more in the ring then him? Man some of you European guys are sooo ****ing blind its not even funny..

I dont think that Hatton is over hyped, I think that he is a damn good fighter, I actually have him ranked in my p4p, but in the ring he hasnt did as much as either of the guys that YOU claim are overhyped.

He beat Hopkins yes, although both wins debatable, but look as his fights after, he struggled with Spinks, drew with Wright and had a tough fight with Ouma and got stopped by Pavlik and then got floored by Lacy (although I may be clutching with the last one).

    even closer?

again we disagree, hatton put him on his ass in round 1,collazo is a very underrated boxer(see his last fight) robbery!

    floyd floyd floyd,is that it?

you talk of hatton whining about floyd, you have'nt shut up about him,

    double standards or what
