These thread like this are crazy and the truth is just about every fighter ever can be said to have ducked a fighter. It would be more interesting to come up with a fighter that did avoid fighting someone. I could go down the list of fighters that avoided fights and not many would be left off.

Yea of course they arent. They are 10 times the fighters those 2 guys were. No disrespect but Gatti and Ward were B level fighters at best. JMM and Pac are A level fighters. Actually A+ fighters.

2 guys that had been speaking about retirement for 1-2 years prior to when they actually did are called 'duckers' because they chose to retire after 2 hard fought wins against top fighters. :patsch

    Are you guys being serious?

Yes they are...Its a joke...I have no problem with Joe not fighting a rematch with Hopkins, but unlike Lewis Joe fought after that fight so he should have had a rematch. Lewis is a different story. He never fought again, but that Farmy seems to think that he ran and hide from VK. By retiring??? that is stupid

I give Zag half a pass since Hops feigned a low blow and got a long, much needed rest. You can argue that Hops didn't deserve an SD on that alone.

He really doesn't get enough flak for that move. I mean, unless you applaud Francisco Lorenzo's acting that got him the DQ over Soto as slick, and old school or whatever other crap phrases they use for this kind of BS.

People really wanted to see the rematch and I am disappointed Zag didn't do it though. Very much.

But in addition to his "I don't do rematches" saying, he also stated a lot of what I stated here about not doing the Hops rematch.
