That sure would make me want to kill somebody if I were Joe.:fire That's so sad and infuriating that it's almost funny.

But can the fact that the FOTC isn't showed that often have to with rights to the film? I think the film of the fight (with Don Dunphy as commentator) is owned by NBC or some such and that's the most obvious reason as to why ESPN never show it. If the company who sits on the rights is stingy with them it could explain why it doesn't get showed more often.

It's not only a great fight, but the film of it is much better than most others from that period. That's makes truly into one nice piece to watch (if only my man had won that one it would have been perfect :-().

Its clear that Griffiths has been more than forgiven by members of the Paret family. It's unfair to say Benny DESERVED to die. A good pounding to regain respect would have been enough.
