No as I stated in my first post on this thread your thinking is moronic...Talent and skill play a huge part in boxing, and the guys that Bute beat arent rich in those areas. What happens when Bute climbs in the ring with a fighter that is faster then him??? More talented, and just as skilled??? Can he overcome that??? that is what he would be facing in a fight with Dirrell.. Im not saying that Dirrell is a complete fighter, truth is, he is abit green. Thing is every great fighter was green as some point, and they all had a coming out party. Being green dont mean that you cant win a fight, and comparing what a fighter with less then 20 fights did vs a guy that beat another guy that lost to some guy is stupid. No to mention that the guy your talking about was totally outclassed by Dirrell and stopped several rounds earlier then in his fight with Zuniga.

I'm not seeing what you're seeing. In fact what I've seen is that Andre Ward will go a longer way in his career than Andre Direll.

One has nothing to do with the other. Dirrell is fast, big, and he hits hard. The guy has a ton of talent, and is a very skilled fighter. Im not sure how one could miss that unless they are looking at him as a complete and seasoned fighter which he isnt. What Im getting is that fans of Bute, and Kessler have a hard time seeing in Dirrell what ever one ele is seeing...Do you honestly think that his promoter would be looking to put him in a fight at this point that they dont think he can win???

As fas as Ward goes, I think that he is better then Dirrell, he is less likely to get lost in fights and lose focus.

I have no problem admitting Dirrell would be the most talent boxer Bute would have ever fought. But I don't think he would be the best fighter.

I think both Andrade and Bika are better fighters then Dirrell (until proven otherwise).

I also think Andrade, Bika and Berrio are all better fighters then anyone on Dirrell record. Not to mention Bute is miles ahead compare to any of Dirrell's previous opponents.

Of course none of that garantees Bute would win. But it sure proves he is by far the better tested and established fighter.

    I don't think so.
After some shaky early moments Bute would get to and beat the untested Dirrel.

Dirrell is a very tricky fighter. He has great handspeed, moves well, has good power, punches from all angles, and can fight from both sides. He'll be a handfull for anyone at 168. I'd like to see him fight one or two top 10 guys before taking on someone like Bute though.

That would be smart and that's what they'll gonna do. Dirrell's promoter is not in a hurry, his boxer is still young and soon in line for the WBO title. He's not desperate to have a title shot. They have to find him good opposition though, for him to learn things before facing the top dogs. One day, Bute-Dirrell will be a great fight.

Heh, I'd like to see Andrade-Dirrell, though Dirrell is fighteningly good for a guy with 18-0.
Too bad they rush him like this though.

the problem is you see everything in black and white.

I don't think Direll sucks. In fact i know he is big, fast, and talented. But Bute is flat out better than him. Just cause Direll is big, fast, and talented doesn't mean he will beat Bute. Bute is more skilled, stronger, faster, more experienced, and more talented.

He's definately not faster. I don't believe he's more talented either. They both are about the same size.
