Tye Fields v Tyson Fury I like the idea of that one.

I could easily see how Peter would have problems in sparring with a man Field's size, 16oz gloves and headgear.

Fields is a Glass Jawed joke. Either way Sam Peter has no skills he was carefully matched by Duva against C and D level opposition that often had Glass Jaws to make his power look better than it was. This does not surprise me one bit but it is sparring. If they were in a real fight Peter would shatter Fields Glass Jaw.

Yes, red curry is brilliant if prepared properly.

It actually wasn't that bad. I liked it. He seems a bit full of himself, although he tries to not sound that way. I liked Becoming Holyfield much better, but this was a good read as well. I recommend it.

Although I will say this. Bigcat told me that he was around Hide a lot back in the day, and a lot of the stuff in the autobiography was fabricated to make Hide seem tough. I would have to agree with this based upon some of what I read.

It wouldn't surprise me in the least if Peter had problems with the size of Tye Fields in sparring. But get them into a ring without headgear and we'll see how long Tye Fields' weak chin could last.

Fury vs Fields would be pretty entertaining.

    Fields by KO.

Fury knocks himself out before Field can lay a hand on him...

What does Herbie have to gain by lying about it? He has no connection to Fields. Plus, Peter has had problems with bigger guys. And in sparring where the gloves are usually bigger and they wear headgear I can say how Fields would give him trouble.

Fields would have to "move up" to Butterbean before a fight with Fury....
