    Paulie Malignaggi????

    OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!! :rofl

    Hatton seems washed up yep.
Erik Morales was washed up by the time he was 30.
Casas tactical defensive style - like Hopkins - preserved him.
Hattons mauling stlyle and bingeing seems to have taken its toll.

    WEE SHALL SEE.....

Jeff M. Calm down, get it out of your head that I'm trying to get one over you for a second and take my posts for what they are.

I have made no such accusation. I'm sure you would love the third fight as much as any of us, and rightly so, their first two fights were beautiful. That said, you referred to "sore losers" obviously speaking of some Juan Manuel Marquez fans. They just think there is unfinished business, that is all. They can be forgiven.

Pac/Marquez III at 140 will end in a knockout. There would be no decision this time. Both are stronger at the higher weight. 130 was a bit of a drain on both fighters last time they fought. I think it's clear considering how they've done at higher weights in their last two fights.

I don't have any interest in his outside ambitions. If you wish to speak about them to someone who does, I would not object.

We're here to discuss Boxing, so that is what I will discuss. I have no knowledge of the politics Manny has his eyes on.

Yeah, but the guy that beat him was beaten by the first guy :patsch

He beat him, he beat him, but he beat him, does not work.

i respect jmm man, has one of the best counter punching skills but me thinks in the quartet of jmm, pac, em, mab it will be ranked like this.

    1. pac.
    2. em
    3. mab.
    4. jmm.

jmm lacks the career defining wins that would catapult him past these 3. jmm will always be the better counter puncher against pac. he showed us that in jmm-pac 1. in the 2nd fight, he again showed his counterpunching skills and took pac to school in some rounds.

but overall, aggression and KD will always be considered by the judges in any sport be it boxing, mma, tae kwan do. etc. that is a fact of life. and that is why jmm counterpunching style is a gift and a curse at the same time.

I can't believe I'm going to say this....but I agree with you 100% Jeff :good

Either Marquez will stop Pac late or Pac will stop Marquez late....I think Marquez is the more bludgeoning killer, but Pac could easily stun and daze Marquez with his speed (as he has done previously as we all know)

At the same time, I could see Marquez smashing Pac's head in with THAT uppercut.....shame this fight will never happen, as we all know that Valero is going to kill Marquez before he gets to Pac

That is how you perceive some things I say. In all truth, sometimes I do poke at Pacquiao fans and do discredit Manny. Other times I try my best to be objective, and you still feel the need to bring up Marco Antonio Barrera. A fighter who has achieved enough in his 20 year career to be forgiven for losing to an excellent young fighter in Manny Pacquiao. Show some respect to a fighter who demands it universally.
