Honestly do you think that Joe Frazier and George Foreman based on there resume deserve to be top 10 heavyweights? (im not knocking knocking them just curious)

A lot of it is based on them fighting in what is universally known as the golden era of HWs the standard was astronimical back then , and both were undisputed champs.

I've got em both in the top 10

I consider George Foreman to be the greatest HW Champ of all time. Olympic Gold Medal winner. 2 time HW Champ. To become HW Champ a 2nd time after a 20 year lay off at age 45 is one of the greatest athletic feats of the 20th century. I feel Big George doesn't get near the credit he deserves!

Part of that is because he beat less than 10 top 10 guys in his entire career and left alot of fights on the table he could've fought. His accomplishment is a phenomenal one that deserves all the recognition it gets, but the things I listed are what holds him back for me. If someone measures the greatness of their HW's strictly on accomplishments, I can't begrudge them for giving Foreman such high marks.:good

If George had the brains he had at 45 when he was 25 he would've been the best ever. I have Frazier at least no. 8.

His comeback is a real story book. I am surprised no one in Hollywood made a film of his comeback.
