I'm not sure if Freddie really believes that the fight will end in 3 rounds.

Maybe it's just a goal that he's putting into Pacquiao's mind, so that Manny will be extra busy in the first 3 rounds, when Ricky might not be firing on all cylinders yet. Maybe they see Hatton as kinda like a diesel engine that takes a bit of time to warm up.

If Manny really does knock him out, great. If he doesnt, that means he's already won the first 3 rounds and he has inflicted considerable damage to Ricky. Great investment for the middle rounds.

    why the name-call?

i could give you other reasons why oscar failed to throw those meaningful punches. 1) pac is not a stationary target 2) pac is beating him to the punch etc...

if you think that it's simply because oscar was weight-drained or shot, steve forbes should have demolished oscar just a few months back.

now i ask you again, you seemed to believe in freddie roach so much, do you also believe that he will KO your hero in 3? ;)

  5. Oh no.... this guy called me "noob" what ever shall I do.

I mean how do I compete with a guy who joined ESB in Feb 06.

this is typical. when you cannot win a debate, pull-out the ******* card and label them pac fans as if this would make their points any less valid.

  8. Honestly Manny deserves credit for the win..... But you guys go on about it being the win of the century and fail to see anything without any bias.

He beat the odds and beat a guy who most ppl thought would destroy him.....but in reality he beat a shot weight drained fighter.

  10. But its true.

You go to any thread where someone dares to question Manny in some way and before he has pressed the Enter button there is 6 pages of *******s disagreeing with him

If Pac was English, and Hatton was Filipino, who would you pick?

Freddie said Oscar couldn't pull the trigger, not that he was shot. Plus this is boxing brah....you gotta understand and accept the little nuances of the sport and the build up to the fight. Oscar also said Roach wasn't a good trainer given the fact that Bhop lost a close decision to Joe, Oscar lost a close decsion to Floyd Jr and Vasquez lost his fight to Marquez all under Roach's guidence. They were slinging mud at each other the entire promotion so you take that with a grain of salt. Of course we all know that DLH was NOT a prime Dlh, but PAC moved up from 130 to 147 for the first time....so many questions were raised about how PAC would carry the speed, weight and if he could deal with a WW's power.
