Is it cruel of me to want to see Williams vs Abraham at 160 instead?

Is it the Roman in me? the spectacle of watching Williams possibly decapitated? or would Will school Abe? either way wish it was that instead of the Winky Williams zzzzzzzz fest.

This will not be a zzzz fest. I would like to see Williams vs Abraham, but this fight with Winky is a good fight and if Williams can dominate Winky then he should get a shot at one of the champs at either 154 or 160 lbs. I think Williams should go back to 154 and try to unify the belts there, then go up to 160 in about 2 years or so.

That would be a good fight indeed. Williams throws punches in bunches, AA would cover most of the time and throw some combinations once in a while. But I believe that AA shouldn't be fighting at 160 anymore. His body won't allow for too long and he looked like a monster against Miranda at the higher weight. At the same time he really wanted to destroy Miranda so motivation was a big factor as well. I would go with Williams on this one.

Williams would score a wide UD over AA. Doubt if we'll ever see it, because Pavlik will take AA out in about 8 rounds. If Paul beats Winky, he'd probably have to become the mandatory to get a shot at KP because the Arum/Goosen fued is far from over. In any case, unless PW learns to keep his freaking hands up and move his head better, Pav would give him a 5 round beating.

With all the **** fights that do get made and all the good ones that don't, you're going to complain about this one as a snore-fest? I know you're point is that you think Williams is a weak MW, but it is an interesting style matchup of two high quality fighters. Which should be interesting - unless, of course, you require a decapitation.

I don't think it's cruel to want to see a good fight...but with that said I appreciate Wright-Williams and Pavlik-Abraham more.

Easy win for Paul. Abraham, what's impressive about him? That he has some power? There's nothing else special about him. He has no fluidity in his combinations, sits on the ropes all the time, goes straight back when getting punched at, and took 16 rounds to KO glass jawed Miranda!

Abraham won't ever fight Paul because Pavlik will KO AA and break his jaw worse than Miranda did. It's not even a hard fight for Pavlik!

I don't think Pavlik can beat Abraham.

No, off course not. Abraham fights out of Germany like your Klitschko sisters! They're invincible over there right?

I like Pavlik, but styles make fights.

Yeah they do, and that is why Abraham would be brutally KO'd!
