    not Sumo wrestling.

I am so disappointed in them both. This is a high profile fight, don't they have any pride? I hope I am wrong, perhaps this can be an exciting fight, at least early, but if it goes a few rounds.......what then? Belly bumping?

this would be an exciting fight...otherwise, the promoter would look for another supporting fight...their style are made for each other

I believe it will be an exciting fight, but their weight is so disappointing. Wonder if they are both counting on an early knockout. Arreola has good stamina, but at that weight it will be difficult.

They saw Chambers/Peter. They know it's boxing... HW boxing circa 2009.

THere was a slew of threads a bit ago debating if this is a "truly" weak HW era or just on par with other weak eras. After the top couple, this is a truly weak era.

    Yes, I agree.

Remember Tony Tubbs, Greg Page, and so many other fat fighters of another era?

I don't see Chris KO-ing McCline early. To my knowledge Jameel has only been stopped once and that was by Wlad after 10 rounds (you cant count the Valuev fight b/c he retired since he could barely stand). I could see Jameel knocking out Chris early but if Arreola is to win I think it'll have to be a decision or late stoppage, once Jameel finds a way to lose as always.

Fair enough... but Povetkin worries me. He looks like he could fall off the wagon at any second. But, true, the top Euros are consistent with their weight. If Chagaev, with his injuries, can do it... Frustrating.

Arreola has an exciting style, and McCline can really bring it when motivated.... but given their conditioning for this fight I'm afraid that we might get one of those heavyweight matchups that have both guys gassed and sluggishly holding all over each other from the middle rounds on. Very dissapointed in these two to say the least. :verysad

Arreola is the one to blame really.
McCline is a 39 year old who came out of retirement for this and probably didn't train right,he is just here for the payday.

In 1997, McCline was 270. He was also 263 against Klitschko in 2002 therefore 271 now is not shocking. The guy is 6.6feet!
