Good question. Some day the scale will defeat him if he keeps this up, he has moved up an awful lot in weight. To his credit though, he's done very well with it so far. I worry about him as a welterweight, I think he should go back down to lightweight where he quite possibly dominate for a while longer. At welterweight he quite possibly would be defeated within a year and lose a bit of the luster - although we could also say that he failed to beat a much bigger man and keep our appreciation. Probably the fight with Hatton will show us a lot.

I personally believe he will lose on light weight. this moving up and down in weight has effects that are drastic. the great roy jones lost it cuz of this, dela hoya (possibly), chris bryd couldnt take a punch wen he came bk down and its happened in many cases.

For me ryt now i think if Pac fought JMM he would lose at light weight becuase the weight would have effected him to some extent and thats enough for JMM to win. n yes i know you lot will disagree with me but its just my opinion on someone whoz went from SFW to WW and came bk down

Only until he loses, and that's a very real possibility versus Hatton. Pac's claim as the #1 man is very shaky at best. People still think that both JMM and Mayweather are better fighters so many fans will be quick to dismiss him if he looses, or has a bad or controversial performance.

Of course there's people who will claim JMM is better but those are a minority, looking at any major p4p list, Pac is very clearly on top. Pac being 5 times world champ across 10 weight divisions, wins over ATG's multiple times including JMM himself simply cannot be denied and those denying it are just in denial. PBF is retired so I dont see any argument for him.

You cannot put someone no.1 p4p because they had a controversial loss with the current no.1 and outpointed a much older version of MAB whom Pac destroyed in his prime.

By the same token, even when PBF was around, many people were claiming Pac was no.1...infact Pac had alot more claim to it as there were many experts and websites who had Pac as their no.1 p4p. Even Merchant had Pac no.1, give me 1 recognisable publication, website or experts view on JMM being no.1?

    hmm says...
don't think he'll retire this year....still has 2 to 3 more fights. As long as he keeps winning he'll be on top.
