He's never been stopped. Mccline has been a solid gatekeeper for a while. This isn't a video game kid, go back to Don Kings fight night.
Totally impressive KOing a 38 yr old semi-retired fighter working at a substance abuse clinic who got the fight on short notice in his worst shape ever. I for one am now sold on Arreola.
So instead of questioning the win because it's questionable (a semi retired 38 yr old out of shape fighter), I'm just supposed to say "Awesome WIN!" Come on now.
Questionable win? Wtf? Arreola was supposed to win. He just took care of business and took care of it well. Nothing better then keeping things in context. So lets do it then. McCline took the fight on short notice, and is older, fine. However, this is a good win for Arreola, he has a name on his record and can continue to step up competition. Plus it looks good because McCline has never been stopped much less stopped early.
He was also retired. And not in shape. And is a career underachiever. Did I mention not in shape? Don't pick and prop which stats to use. Let's use the grand **** picture here. There's a few problems. The main one being Arreola didn't come to fight. What SHOULD have been a good win for him is nothing more than a lackluster name on his resume. McCline has never been THAT out of shape and that shitty.
Wlad stopped McCline about eight years back.I think Big Time didnt come out for the tenth rd after being dropped at the end of the previous rd.
