The (good) uppercut Williams threw under his own arm.

In the later rounds, Williams was able to use Cortez to his advantage... when Winky tried an inside game, he'd see what side Cortez was on, slip that side's hand under Winky's elbow, and work with the other hand. Williams took the points & Winky took the blame!

 

There actually a fight... i forget who paul was fighting.. it may have been sharmba mitchell or margarito... when pauls opponent would bend over and get locked up under pauls arm pit.... kind of in that head lock position....

and paul would throw punches behind his back and hit his opponents face..... it was hilarious... ill try to find the clip... this guy loves to fluster his opponent

yeah we tried it and found out that it won't work. His arms are too short to reach the head and if he does manage to land one it's not as strong:gsg....but it works well to the body:good

Ahhhhhhhhhh! Dude, this made me so upset when Joe Cortez kept warning Williams about it. Joe Cortez was mistaking the unorthodox for the illegal and at this level of the fight game that kind of mistake is inexcusable.

P.S. He definitely used it on Margarito, too.
