What are you talking about. Marquez said he'd fight Mayweather at 140 or a LITTLE above that. Watch the interview again guy. Marquez never said he would fight Mayweather at 147.

 

Marquez called him out but I dont think Marquez said he wanted to fight him at 147lbs he just called him out.

So if Pacquiao beats Hatton and that is a very BIG IF, if he fights Floyd next then is Floyd going to insist on 147 if Pacman wants it at 140lbs, same goes for Hatton aswell if him and Floyd get it on again.

I think somewhere down the line for Floyd to get a big fight he will probably have to come down and fight at 140lbs, he is looking to fight smaller guys anyway so why not make 140lbs, he can make 140lbs but he probably knows that 147 is more comfortable for him to make and he probably feels stronger at 147lbs but he can make 140lbs, I've read too much crap in this post about he cannot make 140lbs of course he can, he just wants to have the advantage which is typical Floyd.

If he is going to fight at 147lbs then he should be fighting a ****ing true welterweight.

I did watch and what I was pointing at is him calling out Mayweather, he only went into specifics when he was contacted. His first claims were that he wanted to fight Mayweather if possible. Now it looks like he's being contacted and coming up with a set of rules.

Point is, he knew what weight Mayweather was at before calling him out, if he knows he can't go that far then he might as well shut up and stick to crying about how Pacquiao is ducking him.
