Just the voice of reason. Those picking Hatton seem to be mostly basing their pick on Hatton being bigger and stronger. He's not much more of either so what else does he really do better?

Thats fair enough, but what that tells you is that is more comfortbale at 140 than 147. At 140 u will see hatton at his ferocious best.

This fights going the distance! Hatton will prove to have a huge strength advantage and clinch when pac gets to quick. When it goes 12, I would appreciate some love! god bless

Wow, a decision will surprise me more than TKO 5! It will be interesting to see the clash of styles.

For a kick off the "voice of reason" in your first post seems to rely on at least 2 things for which there is no proof. That, for the first time in 46 fights, Hatton will pay for gaining too much weight inbetween fights and also that he hasn't recovered mentally from the Mayweather fight.

I knew I shouldn't have bothered reading it, thank God I'm doing it in works time.

Pac can win that fight, but I doubt if it will be that easy at all. It will probably be a war.

If Hatton tries to come in at 154 as he has stated that is a further disadvantage when he has already struggled at WW. He is already out-matched speed-wise as it is. Pacquiao has a in-and-out rhythm that is hard to time and Hatton is no counter-puncher.

You do not think crying for weeks after a loss might show a sign of weakness that could very well show up now that he's stepping into a similar situation?

If it's a war it just ends faster and not in Hatton's favor.

The whole idea behind picking Hatton is that he will be stronger and rough Pacquiao up! How does that work out when he has no other advantages? He may not actually be any stronger than Pacquiao. The Pac-Man has been stronger since moving up in weight. If Hatton is so strong moving up one weight-class should not have diminished it so much. Hatton squares right up when moving in to grapple. That makes an easy target for Pacquiao while Hatton will have all kinds of trouble timing Pacquiao.

An excellent jab must be used for the full fight to beat Pacquiao. Does Hatton have one? No.
