Had a few friends on those in the past. There mainly placebo's laced with caffeine derivatives that are supposed to speed up your metabolism allowing for better fat burns. Your better off just drinking a cup of coffee Additionally theres only one way to increase the metabolism and thats through intense workouts preferably with weights. I dont know why people spend so much time ingesting BS supplements that promise so much.
Speed? Its not even close to that mate. Hydroxycut has no less active ingredients than a can of Red Bull. Its nonsense mate.

i lost amost 25pounds by eating healthy and using slim fats. PIlls i think r a waste of money and the commerials make u believe it works,, but i think if u eat heathily and work out and take pills for 8 weeks , u more tahn likey will lose craxy weight. JUst pills alone are a joke.
What you must understand is people are incredibly fickle. Due to the times we live in and the glamorous aspirations promised by adverts and these drugs people will take anything. No one is interested in hard work. Everyone wants the short route to a hollywood body. There are pills for absolutely everything.
