    "People should stop saying someone is avoided like Paul Williams. Every time someone said he is being avoided. I've been looking for him for many years and been calling him for a fight with him. He dont want to fight me. Why do people call him avoided? You know his promoters get time for him and market him, say alot of things for people to like him. Ill fight anyone."

    I just watched the interview and you put Paul Williams instead of Margarito.Clottey was talking about Margarito,the exact same ****in words.

    Clottey is the only fight Paul could get at 147 I think but the problem is Arum not making it happen. If Clottey beats Cotto I think he would fight Paul but Arum, well that's another story if he would let it happen as he seens unwilling to let any of his fighters in the ring against Paul.

    if clottey wins against cotto i could see arum making the fight..... i dont think arum cares about clottey enough to not do it

    True! Arum has not even wanted to get Clottey a big fight. If Margarito had not been caught cheating Clottey would still be waiting on a fight.

    He did but Kermit Cintron f*cked that up, Clottey was supposed to fight Cintron but Cintron refused. Instead he decided to rematch Margo (Arum wins either way as per the norm) and Clottey got left out. Judah-Clottey didn't do very well and since then he's been very gun shy on Joshua.

    As per the quote (if it's legit), Paul Williams offered Clottey a fight and neverheard back from Team Clottey. It's believed Arum cut that off.

    Arum will stop any fight involving Paul and one of his fighters. Cotto and Clottey won't be re-signing with the old ****er! lol

    It would be nice. I've never seen one guy go out of his way to emphatically freeze out certain fighters. Some even in his own stable.
