If that happens, I see Williams getting his WBO belt back as well as the IBF that he would've got had Cintron not bitched out on him.

I don't think it's a lack of confidence.

I think Arum is just much more happy to have a circle of hell in the WW division (Judah, Clottey, Cotto and Margo) and leave somebody out of it who he doesn't like at all. Cotto, Clottey, Margo can fight 10000 times for all he cares because he loses nothing with the profit.His beef with Williams probably won't end until Paul leaves Goosen or until one of the sides apologizes to the other.

Boxing is ****ed up sometimes.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't the fact that Williams is an Al Haymon fighter have something to do with Arum's reticence to put any of his guys in with him? I recall him being very unhappy with Haymon's negotiations when he was trying to get Pavlik/Williams. I'm not saying this is the entire reason for Arum freezing out the Punisher; however, it might be worth inquiring about.
