i got a small trampoline and i used it last night and it was actually a decend little work out. i think it may help me with some foot work and speed?. what do u people think???? steveyB
My dad has used one for years as part of his work out. He swears by it. It's good for keeping your heart rate up and coordination (if you're using your hands at the same time) Try alternating between quick steps and high knees.
in muay thai, we jump on a tire instead we jump rope as well, but the tire's different. really burns out your calves, ankles, and feet in a way that jump rope doesn't.
