Hey guys, I'm working on several new videos, and I just wanted to show you a small part of one both for your enjoyment and to get some feedback if possible.

So, this one is going to be called Boxing: The Art of Aggression, and the idea behind this project is showcasing (fairly briefly) every part of a boxer's offensive arsenal, including, power, speed, combination punching, ruthlessness, relentlessness, precision punching, heart, etc, with a different piece of music accompanying each section. This particular section I'm showing is for precision punching. (Oh, and I'm planning a similar companion piece for defense as well).

Let me know if you think I'm on the right track, and any and all suggestions on film or music or fighters or whatever to use is welcome, of course.

There's some great snippets of Kid Gavilan using reletless combos that you could get in there in a relative section of the vid. The left hook that dropped Diego Corrales from Jose Luis Castillo may work also.

Good stuff Wanderer, i sense another great vid is in the making.

Thanks for the heads up, I'll be sure to take a look at it. :good

And yeah, youtube has given me lots of trouble with music on my projects, so now I'm being forced to keep them in a variety of places.

Gpater, here's some of my stuff for you, hope you enjoy it:

(Sadly, when I posted it on Dailymotion the quality wasn't as good, because I'd lost the original file... but at least DM hasn't given a hassle about posting my work)

I'm going to engage in a bit of self-promotion just once and give this a little bump, if no one minds.

Hi Wanderer, really enjoy your work mate.

I'll mention some fights that are fairly accessible that you can consider for your upcoming vid:

With regards to combination punching I would include the following:
    - Whitaker's 10 punch combination at the end of round six of his rematch with Buddy McGirt
    - DLH's combos against Julio Cesar Chavez in their first fight
    - Roy Jones' finishing move on Vinny Pazienza
    - Joe Louis' finishing move on Joe Walcott in their rematch
    - Mickey Ward's sizzling 5 punch combination in the first Gatti fight (I believe it is in round 5? Gatti is pummeling Ward and then out of nowhere Ward explodes with a searing volley that turns the tide)
    - Ray Leonard fanning Marvin's head in the 9th round after Marvin backs him into a corner
    - Bernard's work in the last round against Pavlik when he's letting 'em fly
    - Hector Camacho's combinations against Jose Luis Ramirez post knockdown

With regards to precision punching I would suggest:
    - Whitaker's work against Greg Haugen, especially when he has him near the ropes and is launching body shots
    - Mayweather once he starts busting up Ricky Hatton
    - A few Arguello laser beams (e.g. the pez-dispenser shot on Pryor in the 13th round, the finishing move on Mancini etc.)
    - Kostya Tszyu when he starts brutalising MAG and also the finishing shots on Jan Bergman - though you might want to save that for the power category perhaps
    - Maybe you could use some of Winky's work against Tito here
    - DLH's jabbing against MAG
    - Some of Tito's shots against Vargas
    - Sal Sanchez's shots on Danny Lopez in either fight

    With regards to relentlessness:
    - Fenech when he has Nelson against the ropes and is working him
    - Fighting Harada when he is putting Eder Jofre through the ringer in the 4th round
    - Roberto Duran working Ray's body in the 3rd and 4th rounds of their first fight
    - Some Henry Armstrong footage, preferably when he is blasting Ross
    - If you have some footage of Jung Koo Chang against Hilario Zapata that would be great
    - Camren Basilio reaping Ray Robinson's body in their first fight
    - Some footage of Hatton swarming Tszyu perhaps

Will have a think of some of the other categories later on, and may come up wiht some other suggestions from the categories I've focused on. It's just a list off the top of my head - what came immediately to mind.

Look forward to seeing the finished product man, I'm sure it will be great :good

Glad you've enjoyed my stuff so far. :good Hopefully this one won't be completely overwhelming and will be worth it in the end.

Thanks for the suggestions, some of them I was already planning on/thinking of, a few others I'll have to investigate and consider. But it's definitely appreciated.
