    Yes Haye used to post on here before the big crash.

    He once gave a shoutout to the ESB massive after one of his fight's. :yep

    He still reads thsi site along with many other boxers.

    The other day he used my new Dr.Toffeehammer alias for Wlad in one of his video blogs. :yep

    Proof that Haye is still browsing ESB. :yep

    Actually, smaller fists are probably better for a boxer. At the same speed of impact, a smaller fist distributes the elastic energy on a smaller area which equals higher surface pressure.
