How does Wlad compete with this?

Gutless?

This guy takes on everybody. He's taking pittance for this fight, he's taking it in Germany and he's been pissed around with the contract, just because he wants to knock the Bitchschko's the **** out and put the spark back in heavyweight boxing.

He ducks nobody. He took on tough challenges from the start of his career, Arthur Williams, Carl Thompson, he took on the man at CW in his own backyard, he took on the big punching domestic rival when he was weight drained and didn't have to.

And now he's earning **** all for taking on Wlad, and has been controlled and forced in a rematch and then a fight with Quitali after. He's doing it in their own back yard and the home of robbories. Well **** them judges because he doesn't need them, Haye is taking over the HW division in style. And **** the Bitchschko's for holding the division hostage, taking all the belts with no possibility of unification because they won't fight each other, and **** them for making boxing fans who pay their wages fork out PPV's and then boring the **** out of them. **** them.

Yes I left it out. What of it? Post it up if you will, all it'll show is Haye's massive ****ing gonads for taking on a guy like Thompson so early on, all it will show is Haye gassed, taking bombs and STILL standing. All it shows is his heart and will, the heart and will that's going to take the heavyweight division by storm. And in the early rounds, it'll show his power when he had Thompson, a tough guy with amazing heart, all over the place, the power that is going to knock the Bitchschko's the **** out.

Watch the whole Thompson fight, he was stopped on his feet because he was exhausted. The same reason Wlad lost to Lamon Brewster, except he didn't have the heart to stay on his feet. He also got overwhelmed by the power of Corrie Sanders and went down 4 times, he got ****ed up by journeyman Ross Purrity, he slumped over in his corner and showed his true colours as he gave up on the fight.

Haye has the heart of a true heavyweight champion, he has the charisma, the personality, the power, the speed, the aggression and the exciting that lights up boxing and gives fans their money and gets them excited. Whatever people think of Haye because of his personality, he only has got people excited in this fight, and that's the first time people have been excited about a heavyweight fight in a long time.

 

Haye is no over-rated guy like Lacy. Lacy's power was over-rated, he'd fought crap opposition.

You don't become undispited Cruiserweight champion of the world fighting **** guys.

And Lacy's heart didn't compare to JC's, Calzaghe was the more hungry fighter and that along with him being superior lead to him dominating the fight.

Heart is the most under-rated attribute of any fighter. Haye acknowledges himself that his chin isn't the greatest, but if he gets put down, he's always got back up, and on each occassion apart from against Thompson where he blew himself out and paid the price, he's got up and knocked his opponent the **** out. Even in the Thompson fight, he took bombs from a known puncher and stayed up and tried to fight on.

Heart can make a huge difference. Look at the Buster-Tyson fight. Yes Buster was a good fighter but not on Tyson's level. HEART won him that fight, due to the exenuating circumstances with the unfortunate passing of his mother, he was fired up. He was at his mental peak. He set his mind and his heart to winning that fight and nothing was going to stop him from achieving his goal.

EDIT: As for the Maccarinelli comment, losing to Haye and Afolabi doesn't make you British level or glass-jawed. And Haye got to him before he was exposed, he was the guy who ****ed him up. It's the same with Lacy, because he was **** post-Calzaghe, I bet you don't give Calzaghe any credit for beating him then right? Yes a guy can become exposed prior to a fight, but a guy can ruin him. JC done it to Lacy, and I believe Haye done it to Maccarinelli. He went into the potentially biggest domestic fight in years, against a world champion and known puncher who was up for it, and destroyed him. He ****ed him up to the extent that Maccarinelli became very self conscious about his shape and conditioning and spent months pulling tires and putting on muscle instead of sparring, and that's why he lost the Afolabi fight.
