So if Barrera is considered still prime in the first fight, Pac has not done this since 2003?
    Will Hatton count though?

It does'nt matter who Manny fights at this stage. Being the guy on top only means criticism. Same thing happened to Floyd and Roy.

Pac could hypothetically fight and win against cotto next week and you guys will be calling Cotto shot at this point.

What about the top fighters at 135 instead of Diaz? Sure Pac went for the money against ODLH but he had just fought a very weak champion at 135.

So do you believe there were no others since Barrera or before that Pacquiao could have fought? In Ji Chin? Guzman? Soto?ect.....

in jin chi? soto? guzman? if you considered them as top fighter (you have a case on guzman), i think you also have to consider sasakul and ledwaba.

add Agapito Sanchez on the list. He should have won that fight. David Diaz too (although anybody thinks he is limited and unproven, he still had the wbc belt).

o.. wait.. you're not familiar with chatchai sasakul are you? the guy who won against yuri arbachakov?
