It seems like Haye got under Wlad's skin and that is actually what he wanted with those tactics. Wlad should fight his usual cautious jab fight otherwise he will find himself in dangerous situations against the strong puncher Haye.
I think you're right. There is no way Wlad is going to put it on the line and go for the kill. He will sit back and use his reach, as usual. Haye's best chance would be to jump on Wlad from the first bell......which is exactly what he will do.
because its a blip on the radar otherwise "respect" as you say equals boring to most boxing fans and all of the general public
Get a grip losers it's funny if nothing else. Regardless of whats said or done beforehand... Haye still has a damn hard job ahead of himself. It's about time we had a Heavyweight bout worth talking about.
Hopefully Wlad gets mad, loses his composure and tries to engage Haye. Will never happen though, either Wlad boxes Hayes ears off and crushes him or Haye whirlwinds Wlad and knocks him out early. True 50-50 fight IMO
exactly! It was actually a great move by Haye! The only thing that he could do! To put of stride Wlad is the only way to beat him. He knows that he doesnt have chance with Wlad fighting his fight... Props for Haye for guts! But if he lose it hard... after such trash talk he will be the smallest (wo)man in the world!!!
True...getting Wlad mad has seemed to be the strategy all along. Whether that works or not is another thing. If Wlad pummels him it'll be a painful loss. If he knocks out Wlad instead, expect it to be viewed as excellent mind games.
