Among students. There is allot of people without any education here who lives in a village far far away from civilization. Average Iq at my school 115(4k students). Average Iq in KPI 125. Lowest Iq score in my group in University 130. Questions? BTW i have pretty lowt IQ score among my family and its 149. My sister -144, my mother and dad - 160, my granpa 184, my grandmother - 150, my best friend scored 190.
Well, that is prove enough that you seem to get those degrees pretty easy in East Europe, is not it? Central Europe is much more difficult, I guess.
LOL. Student's from Kpi is always good appreciated in Germany. Better then their own. Half of the BMW mechanic's are from post soviet. Bolonian education system allows allot of ******s to get a collage degree by simply atending a classes. Different story here.

I don´t think it is better than in germany, but many ex soviet students are much more focused than in other countries.
They all was tasted while attending a University. My mother has 2 degrees, dad didn't finished any coz he had to work fool time "to put food on a family"© And granny and grandpa was professors in university(Granny - English grandpa -math and physics). And my sister finished a University in Vienna where she scored higher rate then here.

I'd say the strategy all along has been - raise his profile with Wlad, promoters, fans so that they demand a fight - sell tickets, make money - possibly throw off Wlad's discipline somewhat - unlikely but a bonus if it happens (i.e. not the main goal)
