Probably. But then he'll go and rematch Hatton. He definately needs to come back though. He's got so many options. Shane Mosley Paul Williams Hatton if he wins Pacman if he wins Cotto if he wins JMM
It still won't matter. PBF will still face Hatton under the "he's much improved with my father" bit and "it will be at 140 this time, Hatton's never lost at 140".
PBF will go fight Hatton in England and they'll work the father/son angle and the p4p#1 angle and make millions upon millions
theres a lot of good active fighters out there and we have a great fight coming up and you people keep talking about a retired fighter. everyday theres a new rumour and you people eat them like candy. until he actually signs to fight someone hes retired.End of story.
Fights with environments like that only come around once every like 10 years.....it would be an amazing experience.. plus i have friends that live in the uk who told me if this fight ever happened i could stay with them
I disagree. Unless Hatton looks like absolute crap, Floyd won't fight with his dad in the opposite corner. Floyd would not be able to handle "losing to the old man". Even though it is unlikely that Hatton could beat Floyd Jr., I don;t think Floyd Jr will risk it. He even pulled out of the Oscar fight and that was about as close as you can get to an assured win.
