wow a whole fight about me and i wasnt even in it haha! thats ****ing amazing! Anyways I havent tried to say ive done amazing ****, to be honest the punches ive been throwing are hardly Joe calzaghe worthy and to be honest not even gary locket worthy and certainly not even leighton bater worthy (guy from my gym) alls i said was i thought i did pretty good and even tho it was against someone who hadnt sparred before either i felt pretty proud cos we were going at it and i held my ground and then a few people who didnt agree with my opinions in boxing decided to have a go at me.........like they are doing now. Still its nice to know some people got your back so thanks two hand dude :good
If anything I fight like David Haye. Right hand high, left hand pretty low because I feel it gives me more mobility in terms of avoiding punches. I tend to use lateral movement to avoid big punches instead of trying to block them, and slip or move my head to avoid jabs like he does, although sometimes I block left hooks with my right forearm as I bring it right up vertical.
You should be proud of your self dude, you got in there and had a go and that takes courage. Theres a few dickheads on this forum who think there forum mafia and they like to bag newbs because there forum world champions and if you have a different opinion to them your wrong and they want to see sources. deadset knobs. Hands up red dragon, all the best..
I used to fight like that, but I found myself taking unnecessary shots. I usually fight from a peek-a-boo stance, a bit like winky but more lose when moving around the ring. I usualy block jabs and quickly come over with a right.
I do block a few jabs aswell. Part of the reason why I like to leave my left hand a bit low, because I feel it's more loose and free to block punches and I can bring it up extremely quickly.
i carry my left across my body but loosley so i can bring it up to block parry body shots or just defelect shots with it also is good for a quick counter and since its below my opponents vision they sometiomes dont see it coming
I don't do much with my left anyway. I block jabs, throw jabs and the occasional lead left hook to the body, but rarely to the head. I just rely on my right hand.
It's not opinion. You tried to argue that it was a fact. RDJ amongst others asked you for a source and you couldn't provide one. The only answer you had was 'my source is myself'.
Is that mainly jabs or hooks and uppercuts aswell? Hows your power with the left hand? Or right hand for that matter. You not throw straight rights a lot then?
im ignoring it lads i just cant be arsed with him any more well i dont have a big punch so i use my left alot as its quick and theres not much point throwing a huge right although i do lead with a straight right sometimes
Pretty much answered my question there Greg don't worry. So is your left hook quicker than say your straight right?
