Who says they were looking for just plaster? Because people said that the wraps flaked? Please, CSAC didn't even do the testing. The department of justice did. You think they are going to search for two things man? And then to top it off, you saying it was hand cream. The CSAC didn;t even test it, what are they covering there asses for? First off, they aren't covering their asses for banning him before they had any proof. They banned him because the use of old wraps is ILLEGAL, and they were still testing. AND it was a temp ban until notice. If the results came back with nothing they would of reinstated them most likely when they got the results back and said they ban was long enough for the mishap on the wraps. You've got too many crazy theories.
