Floyd left 130 when In Jin Chi mentioned he was thinking about moving up to super featherweight.

In Jin Chi was a respectable fighter. Probably the greatest and best known fighter to ever come out of Korea since Kim. Pacman woulda torn him up worse than Morales did. Pac hits harder and would land more on Chi. Not a fighter to be ducked though. Korean fighters should follow suit and represent and I hope to see more fighters like Chi because they are fun to watch. I hope to root for another fighter like him to make it to the top.

Pac fought Marquez instead of Chi. After PAc defeated Barrera in 03, his camp succesfully lobbied Suleiman to instate Pac as the mandatory to the Chi vs Brodie rematch winner for the WBC title. JMM's camp then offered a career high payday and Pac took it, the rest is history..
