I realize Pac Fans get under the skin of many posters on this Website. There are also those who would prefer Pac were handing them their shirts in a laundry somewhere, however here is the reality: it is very probable that Manny will blast Hatton to bits on May 2! and as an ojective boxing fan will you be able to give Manny his due? What is the significance of a Pac victory and what does he gain beside the obvious P4P rating?

If he beats Hatton at 140 then people (Even his most hardent haters) have to give him credit. Hatton is quite formidable at 140. People say he never fought the best at Lightweigth ie, Juan Diaz or at Welter (even though it wasn't a title fight and he's never claimed to be the best there). If he beats Hatton at 140 then it's a better win than Mayweather had against Hatton

I don't believe it is 'very probable' that Pacquiao will blast Hatton to bits.

If you believe that, then obviously you won't give much credit to Pacquiao should he pick up such a routine win. I would give him plenty of credit however should he win a fight I make him at best 50/50 in.

its not a routine win! and its why we fight the fights and yet I believe Manny will blast Hatton as I believe Pac will surely cement his greatness in this one!but again anythings possible regardless of what I believe thats what makes this sport so good.

You can't have it both ways. Either it's an easy win for Pacquiao or it's a competitive fight. In my eyes it's a 50/50 fight and the winner will get a lot of credit.

"IF" Pac will win then it wil be his 5th title in different divisions and his 4th lineal title and wil be the 1st boxer to win 4 lineal titles in different divisions if im nt mistaken, read the article something like "Real History : Pacquiao Aims Four and Six" jst like dat by Cliff Rold in ***********, it's four and six coz RingMAg consider it six instead of five different titles.

It would be a huge scalp for Manny & even his worst haters would have to give him credit. Hatton at 140 is the best about so of course to move up & claim that spot is a massive achievment.

Let us be real and reasonably commending on this deal if he pulls this off, which is probable based on the way he handled DLH.

Pac has at this point has already clenched an ATG status from all those in thier reasonable minds.

Whether you like it or no, his beating DLH the way he did was a phenomenal achievment.

A victory over Hatton will silence, or should silence those that thought DLH was simply weight drained.

Watch the Mayweather/DLH fight...Floyd didn't pressure near as much as Pac did.

i feel it's a 50/50 figth, but i'd give pac more credit if he wins than i'd give hatton credit if he wins. (just cos hatton is in his comfort zone weight).

they should give him credit, but some would still insist he's not the best cos he never fought in chi jin and soto.:hi:
