    Nicorete(spelling?) gum

Don't think your just gunna quit cold turkey its hard for most people. If you need to do it gradually.

Take it one day at a time. Thinking like okay im not smoking ever again is kind of a big deal, but saying "okay im not having a cigarrete today" isn't as daunting.

If YOU want to quit you will. We can't help you, it's a total personal battle with your mind.

It says you need it, tell it you don't.. good luck.

    Stop lighting cigarettes.

Seriously, that's all there is to it. The longer you keep it up the less you'll be remembered of your habit, but every time you light one you're back where you started. I quit smoking after about 13 years (from age 13 to 26) and it's not as hard as people make themselves believe to have an excuse. My older brother had been trying for years, and I just quit like that. He was furious when I told him it was easy and that he needed to cowboy the **** up. So furious that he quit smoking instantly but this time he actually succeeded.

What made me quit was Allan Carr's book by the way, it does not offer miracles but any logic person will find some things in it to make quitting easier.
