Can you imagine the hater-rage if he get a shot at bradley in a year or so and beats him ? They'd all need to hide under the bed.

Shock horror to the boxing fans........it's all about MONEY :yikes

Fighters with even crapper resumes than Khan get title shots all the time. Be glad we got a chance at getting another titlist Brit folks.

    Get over it.

He'd definitely lose to Bradley. Without a doubt. We haven't see much improvement with Roach because he's still not fought anyone who was brought to give him a proper test. Kotelnik is a good test.

I think it's a good fight, whether Khan deserves it or not. Kotelnik's a solid fighter, can punch a bit and has the sort of defence to force Amir to think before flying in. If he wins convincingly, it says a lot about his potential. Depending how he loses might say a lot about that too.

This Kotelnik fight should give a good picture of Khan and how much Roach has improved him. I get the feeling 140 is more natural weight for Khan and will fight better at this higher weight with improved power and maybe a little improvement in the chin department.

Yeah, Khan's power is going to magically improve at 140lbs.

Where do we get these people.

Fighters do tend to improve their power as they move up in weight, maybe not great improvements, but an improvement. Khan has a big 5'10 frame filling that up can only improve power, add that to his speed he might even stop Andreas.

Not really correct mate... It doesn't really improve there power but they may find that their speed is more of an asset. To be honest 5lbs is a **** and a double turd. :good

Please explain to me how this will improve his power. His power will be even worse at 140, not better. Power is relative, the very minimal improvement of adding 5 lbs is not going to make his power look better against men 5lbs bigger. I predict it will have no difference at all, because at the end of the day its ****ing 5 lbs.

Roach hyping his fighter? Can you show me examples of Manny's devastating one punch power above super feather? Or even at super feather? How many times did he hit Diaz? Oscar? Now where is the evidence he improved his power again? Infact, Manny is the classic case of a fighter that lost his one punch power.

For every one example of a fighter improving his power at a higher weight there are ten that have had less. The only advantage is relative speed.

Roy Jones looks like he could be getting another title shot in his next fight off the back of beating Sheika - who has lost 7 or his last 9. That's a bigger disgrace imo. The last time he Jones did anything of note in the division was an MD against Tarver in 2003.

What you got to also remember Khan at 135 on fight night will be 141/142 at 140 on fight night he will be 146/147. That makes a difference.
