i luv the haye/klit build up already.....

Can you believe that some people dont like a little bit of verbal sparring to add a little more interest to a fight.

 

I'm really enjoying it, and enjoying Haye's big mouth too. I think Haye is making a mistake though, and it's not going to help him.
Wlad picks his opponents apart methodically. He uses his jab, his height, and just beats them down. You think he's going to change that for Haye? Does anybody honestly think he wants to end Haye's misery with a KO1 (if Wlad is able to do it)? Nah, he's just going to do what he does, and PICK THIS MAN APART.
I'd much rather take a monstrous right from Wlad, and fall down for good in Round 1. Than having the big ******* jab me for 8 rounds, ripping up my face, and embarrasing me. that's why I'm amazed people think he's boring. This man is being cautious...YEAH. BUT on the other hand this man is systematically beating a person in to oblivion! They want him to end there misery, but he just does enough to keep you off him, but not enough to finish your misery.....At least for a while.

This is the best build ups for a HW title fight in years.

 

I wish we get a 24/7 on this fight, even though Wlad has a boring personality, he might get heated when Haye starts trash talking. It could be an interesting show.

 

Listen thsi build up is great but Americans need to see more of this because if you are not a hardcore boxing fan you have no idea what is going on. HBO needs to definitly do a 24/7 show for this fight.

 

Yeah... It's been ****ing great. Aside from the complete lack of proper video coverage.

 

The buildup has been quite one-sided. It was rather out of character for Wladimir to say that he's gonna keep Haye arond for 12 rounds and then knock him out but other than that the verbal sparring has consisted of Haye doing a lot of talking with relative quiet coming back from the Klitschko camp.

I'm all for good buildup with fightin' words but this is something different. People are getting behind David Haye and living off of everything he says while the Klitschko supporters are simply biding their time and waiting til June 20th. This is about a lot of people who have had it with Wladimir's fighting style wanting to see Haye bring his brand of electricity into the ring and knock the bigger man out. Haye became a superstar overnight because people want him to beat Wladimir. That's all. As recent as the Macca fight, Haye threads were relegated to the British forum. It was only when he started running his mouth and confronting Wladimir that fans decided to get behind him. When he's disposed of they'll be scrambling for the next chosen one and I'm guessing that'll be Arreola.

 

I like he build up too, and like another poster said, a 24/7 series on Klitschko-Haye would be great. It's a fight that wladimir should win unless Haye brings something totally different to the table.

I think Wlad will probably win easy but the build up is very much like it used to be, and it's what HW boxing needs.

Haye running his mouth got him the shot but he he has no credibility in the HW division because he's beat nobody. It's good for boxing though because it brings some buzz and it'll probably make Wlad more aggressive which translates into an exciting fight.
