that article said "James COULD be a victim of circumstance"....

It's defo not real clear what went down....is it possible that he was riding "unknowingly" with some other dumb ass that had a gun? Maybe? Any light at the end of the tunnel?

****, wiht the HBO dates and the money he's made and the investors he has, I'm sure dude can get some TOP DOG ass laywers on his side, but that law in post # 6 seems to be pretty clear.

 

Hopefully there will be more concrete information released soon. As expected, nobody is going to be commenting yet. However, this does not look good at all. I hope I'm wrong, but he's probably going away for a while. What a shame this is; he was on an impressive run.

I dont know Texas law, but in most states if you are on parole and get caught with a gun.......they at minimum send you back for the remainder of your sentence. Especially if you are on parole for a armed robbery.......

He is safer in Jail than at Annes gym!

 

I thought Texas had soft gun laws...lol. Guess not. Kirkland man...I hope he did not have that **** loaded under the seat.

 

He needs some Johnny Cochran type fookin lawyer, I mean ****, if he can get OJ off, surely they can come up with some ****....ie..the gun was in the car and James had NO idea, The gun don't fit right in James' hand...therefore= It can't be his, somebody planted the gun jealous of James' success?? All kinds of **** could be played if we knew exactly what happened.

It did sound like James was the driver of the vehicle. I hope I don't sound to ****in' pathetic, but in his "life" you probably are used to and better have a gun (even though he should have been moved on up and out of those type neighborhoods by now), but **** surely he knew NOT to be around them (guns).

Not a good move by Kirkland at all :-(... the law doesn't **** around these days when it comes to carrying around an unregistered weapon. I knew a guy in much this same situation and he got thrown in the slammer for about a year... and that's the bare minimum these days. Kirkland is in a heap load of ****.

 

You know, that's a big part of what disappoints me...myself, I guess. I really bought into that big long **** HBO showed about how Anne and him worked so hard to be disciplined and to walk the "right road" so as not to go back to where they had been in their life.

It's rather amazing to think that he is still young enough that if he only gets a year or so, then he will be out with plenty of time left in his career after two significant incarcerations. I wonder how GBP and HBO will react to this. Obviously, we don't have enough information right now to be precise with our speculation, but it's hard not to have some initial thoughts and curiosities.

 

****, atleast 40 is honest about it, to us and to himself....unlike Kirkland who had the ****in' golden brick road laid at his feet.
