    kirkland was on paper
    he is pretty ****ed
hopefully he can get the charge reduced and just serve time on his probation violation
I, of course would put mmoney on him against williams, but I woulld be watching and calculating every second of the fight

All I know was Floyd wanted him at 140 and Arum said he wasn't ready or some BS.

I doubt it...He hasn't been in the ring with anyone near Paul's skill level...What suggests to you that he could take 45 outta 100 punches per round that land..some partially and a few flush!

i just dont think comparing other fights is all that credible...remember how many punches sharmba and mathysse landed on him...no to mention how the body work of margo started to slow him down.....

Honestly I think PW has an easy night with Angulo, who IMO was lucky Mayorga pulled out as I think he would've lost to Mayo. So far I don't like what I see from Angulo.

I dont think he takes as many punches as he did when he fought Walter and Mitchell. His defense is still suspect but he doesn't get hit as much anymore!

I'm not gonna speculate on who Williams can and cannot beat cuz he's sort of nomad right now. Gotta have a division to tie him to before you really start to talk potential opponents. I would like to see him face Dzinziruk at 154 but that fight seems to be a longshot.

You would've been ok with Floyd fighting a 21-0 prospect?

    based on what...
since then margo was almost victorious
    quintana was too
phillips and winky landed a whole lot on him too, considering they were shelled up most of the time.....

the problem with me is this...those fighters were thinking defense first and then counterpunch, which is a huge mistake cause paul will never stop punching, and as the fight goes on, your gonna shell up more.....angulo and kirkland i think will impose their will early on and not give a **** if paul it throwing back......makes it pretty interesting
