If it's true, he's doing time. We all know about the 2 1/2 years, but I'd reckon there's more on his rap sheet than that.

Damn just now seeing this. Texas has lax gun laws but not if you're a felon. My cousin has a felony and got caught with a gun here in Texas and did 2 years. **** I hope he gets a good lawyer but this will be tough to beat.:-(
