Not when your a convicted felon it's not just a gun. Say if I was to have the police called at my house and they found a gun that just had my fingerprint on it, I would get a automatic 5 years in state pen no questions,, no court.

.....According to the court documents and police reports, federal agents were staking out the Saxet Gun Show and watched Kirkland give money to his girlfriend to buy .40-caliber ammunition. Authorities are alleging that Kirkland had bought the Glock pistol the day before at the same gun show for $525 and on Sunday he tried to buy another one but was turned down by a seller. ATF agents would later follow and stop Kirkland’s Cadillac, which his girlfriend was driving at a very high speed from the gun show. Officers found the “loaded firearm” in the center console of the car.....

 

hmm says... that explains a lot... JK tried to buy two and used his gf to buy it?! and it was loaded when found...

 

I read this also, it just confirms that Kirkland is a dumb ass. This just goes to what I said yesterday he has not cleaned up his life and now he's ****ed because of it.

 

Hes ducking Walker...Nah really I dont know what to think bout the guy on one side he probably still lives in the ghetto as humble as he is and is only trying to protect himself(boxers arent superhuman). Then on the other hand he was already on probation and being black with a gun doesnt help at all we minorities gtta watch out for the pigs a little more.
