The thing is that Haye did not only "didn't" sell the fight in London, but much more "couldn“t" sell the fight in London.

London was the first option for the fight, but Haye couldn't sell it there... ;)

You got it all wrong all along. The fight sells because of Klitschkos not because of the Haye's childish behavior. As you may have noticed, adults visit those boxing fights. Children go to wrestling. Haye could sell well in wrestling where children are the target.

Let me remind you that Haye could not sell this fight in London so that he gave the promotion up to Klitschko's company. It is one thing to blab, it is completely different to promote a fight. Haye failed to promote this fight in Englang. Klitschkos made it success in Germany.

Why do people keep saying that boxing needs Haye to win? The heavyweight division NEEDS Haye as much as the welterweight division NEEDS Mayweather

so your saying drawing twenty thousand against maccarenelli was just due to blabbing and not promoting?
i have no doubt that the klits can draw a crowd but with the way hayes goading taunting winding the **** out of the fella THAT is gonna draw attention to a fight and put people into the arena. full stop.

Why did you say "NOW" then?

"Now he is getting a huge amount of money..."

What's changed for Haye is this regard with the appearance of a 70,000 seat stadium?

The shirt thing and his dead pan attitude about it was human art. Haye is building an army of admirers.

If Haye did not want to take the financial risk, then he should stay home and watch the fights on TV. Haye is a poor businessman. He has no guts to take the risks of promoting a fight.

No one fights every time in open air. Such fights are rare for several reasons. Klitschkos always has sold out. At any place on earth, at any time... Contrary to Haye he could not sell the fight in England.
