everyone WANTS to fight the best, they say that every day. Briggs WANTS to fight everyone but never does, Povetkin WANTS to fight all the best, but ends up fighting the Sykeses of this world. Chagaev and Valuev never get tired of WANTING to fight the best, but you know their progress. Haye WANTED to fight a top-ten heavyweight, but fought Barrett. What makes you think that should he win his WANTING will be any different than anyone else's or his own for that matter?

    It is quite different.

Look at it from this direction. Everyone wants to fight Mayweather Jr. It brings money, fame. For the very same reason Haye wants to fight Klitschkos. By the way without deserving a title shot. Haye wanted a shortcut. He has not proved he is worthy.

How does this get us a step closer to having a unified champ? Why would the WBA situation clarify all of a sudden should Haye hold a belt or two?

Haye cannot beat both Klitschkos. Vitali will kill him for sure. And Haye knows it very well. It is in his mind anytime he is near Vitali.

No, let's say he beats both. How does this influence the mess that is the WBA today?

Its not the same thing.Don't fool yourself.I'm sure ou have underestimated Hayes popularity and you'll see that when you see the number of Brits travelling over. Then you'll realise he could have sold out a 40,000 arena in London no problems. These two could have sold that number of tickets anywhere in the world, its the biggest fight in the HW division since Lewis smashed Vitali:hey

Willaims would take the right fight at 147 he says, not that Floyd has any intention of fighting him.Though I'd love for him to prove me wrong

    1. Haye had the chance to make this fight take place in England but he failed. The fight was ment to take place in England at first but Haye couldn´t do it.

    2. "Lewis smashed Vitaly"? In the fight I saw it was pretty even... but if you´re happy with it that way....

I totaly agree with you but do you think one of the reasons there isnt a great deal of hevyweight promotion at the moment is due to the lack of talent in the american heavyweight division?

In fact Vitali was leading in that fight.

Are you suggesting that bulgarians are blind and ignorant?
