I just read that Penalosa is in condition to go 15 rounds and that he feels much stronger, but is concerned about the decision with the fight being in Juan's back yard. Well, after the 1st round there won't be anymore scoring....Juanma will KO Penalosa in the 1st round!!!
Jhonny Gonzalez was doing a paint job on him and i doubt penalosa can handle the same heat from Lopez who's arguably the hardest hitter at 122. UD is not out of the question but i think it'll end in a tko with the ref jumping in or his corner throwing in the towel. An old fighter like Gary doesnt need to take too much punishment at this point.
This fight has a lot of Pros and cons to argue about, but in the end i think Juanma will prevail. Juanma might be baby tito in popularity but not in styles.
I agree 100% with you. Thats why i think Gonzales vs Juanma would be a good test because of styles, and body size. Gonzales wont be as drained at 122 than when he fought Pena at 118.
